How do I make a booking ? Your enquiry is important to us. We will reply to the email address or fax you have supplied to confirm if your accommodation is available for the dates you have requested. What and how do I pay? A 50% deposit by direct credit to our account or credit card will secure and confirm your booking. Please understand a holding deposit is required at your earliest convenience to secure your stay with us. In the event of another booking request and your deposit is not received we will attempt to contact you. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if the deposit is not received and we cannot contact you. Pricing Policy Quoted prices will be honoured upon receipt of the relevant deposit and will remain current for a period of six months. Tariffs are subject to change, prices which are quoted may vary for events beyond our control, eg such as changes in taxes. Our prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. Whats included? You are provided your own fully self contained accommodation suite, breakfast basket, use of the common lounge, BBQ, pool and spa or as described in the package you have purchased. Linen and towels included. Please bring a towel for the pool/spa. When can we arrive and what time do we leave? You are welcome anytime after 2:00pm on the day of arrival (please let us know if you will be arriving very late). We say our goodbyes by 10am on your last day. On your request, and depending on incoming guests, we may accommodate you for a bit longer on the day of departure. Oops we cant make it now! What do we do? Please let us know IN WRITING as soon as possible. Cancellations 30 days prior to the commencement of the booking will be refunded in full. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the commencement of the booking, the deposit will be forfeited unless the Suite can be re-let for the entire period. If successfully re-let, a full refund will be given. To be entitled to a refund, cancellations must be made in writing by email or fax.
