culture, art and craft. An astonishing 68 different
nationalities are represented on Tamborine mountain,
which means you can buy a cuckoo clock from a German,
sauerkraut from a Pole and schnapps from a Russian. |

HISTORY
Laheys Tram
Tunnel, Canungra. This sandstone tunnel, pierced in 1901,
remains as testimonial to the ingenuity of our early
pioneers. The tunnel can be walked through from the
car park located on the main Canungra - Gold Coast road
approximately half a kilometre from the township.

The food and
wine trail goes right past our front door, sample some
of the many vineyards and boutique wineries of the area.
