6th and 7th May, 2017 Tamborine Mountain, Eagle Heights and North Tamborine

This year we start Scenic Rim Open Studios at Tamborine Mountain with a few of my faves: Louise Grove-Weichers at Red Barn Studio, Bec Anderson, Maki Horani, Jacques Van Der Merwe,Margaret Goldsmith amongst many more talented people  and collectives on the long weekend. Stay with us and beat the crowds!

14th May, 2017 Arts in the Olives in the Lost World Valley

An infectious and most loved event of the Scenic Rim Arts Calendar. Find/develop your creative self with amazing and diverse art workshops.  Stay the weekend with our 3 for the price of 2 special! Call for details.

20th and 21st May, 2017 Beaudesert

Collectives including Artists of the Lyrebird Gallery at the Information Centre, Beaudesert Historical Museum and QCWA in the middle of the town, the Arts Centre and Library showcasing individuals and collectives. Just a short scenic drive from Wallaby Ridge.

27th and 28th May, 2017 Boonah

A talented array of Artists including award winning Christopher Trotter, Sally Hart, Colleen Gardener, Catherine Andersen and Felicity Smith, various venues across the Boonah town and surrounds.

3rd and 4th June, 2017

Canungra Chamber of Commerce is coordinating pop up studios throughout Canungra. Wendi Trulson and her beautiful eco-dyeing/textile art will again be at Beechmont. Dave Groom Artist will be opening his studio on Beechmont with his beautiful work inspired by his Lamington rainforest surroundings.

Pick up a Studios and Events Booklet from us, the local Information Centres, Art Galleries and Scenic Rim Regional Council.

Cultural Trails of the Scenic Rim are an initiative of the Scenic Rim Regional Council. Participants and Collectives open creative spaces for the public to enjoy their creative inspirations and participate in studio activities whether they be simple demonstrations to workshops and classes. Most have work available for sale.
